PistonTim said: Funk said: i3 has a bonnet bulge in the centre line whereas the new 3's bonnet looks like it lost an argument with a lampost.Edited by Funk on Wednesday 30th September 01:57 Hate to break this to you but the i3 has the dent, thats not a bulge! The i3 at least does without that notch in the bumper above the reg plate that the ICE version has. The smoother bumper area of the i3 is much nicer.
Scott-R said: The press release for the M350 states that it has an approximate fuel tank size of 59L, and achieves 8.2 to 7.5 L/100km. You can break that out and calculate that the G50 M350 has a WLTP range of 492 miles while producing a peak of 443hp. The NA0 i3 50 has a WLTP range of 560 miles and peak power of 469hp. Kind of crazy that in 15 years BMW have gone from an almost prototype electric car with 60-80 miles of range to usurping their bread and butter volume carStill well behind our 2024 X5 40d at around an 800 mile range though, so they're still going backwards sadly in my view. A 320d/330d/335d will also have a better range than an electric 3 series as well. So going backwards is the new forwards it seems nowadays, and folk are still happy to accept that for some reason.

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option

Still as subtle as a brick in your face. Not for me.

Other than a slightly bulky rear end, I think that looks fantastic. 9/10. And it's a saloon, not another bloody SUV - hurrah!
