Legislation with suitable penalties that are actually of concern to fall foul of it. If these brands don't wish to comply and hold stock in the UK, and employ UK staff to deal with supplying it, don't bother bringing the cars in.It won't just be the Jaecoos and Omodas that have insurance premiums rocketing with cars being written off because a write off is a known cost whilst x-months in a hire car because nobody can source a replacement bumper or door is a complete unknown.
