93 Ford Taurus에서 라디에이터에 많은 양의 오일이 있지만 엔진오일에는 물이 없습니다. 오일이 약 3쿼트 부족합니다. 이전에 헤드 개스킷이 터졌던 차량으로, 헤드를 분해하여 재시공하고 개스킷을 교체했습니다.
처리 내용
93 Ford 3.8 엔진은 Torque-to-Yield 헤드볼트를 사용합니다. 이전 수리 시 헤드볼트를 교체하지 않았거나 올바르게 토크/회전하지 않았다면 같은 문제가 재발했을 가능성이 높습니다. 정확한 순서를 따르지 않으면 문제가 다시 발생합니다. 헤드 설치 절차: 1) 실린더 헤드 볼트 홀 나사를 탭으로 청소합니다. 2) 냉각수 통로로 들어가는 나사를 제외한 모든 볼트와 스터드 나사에 가볍게 오일을 칠합니다. 3) 새 헤드 개스킷을 다웰로 정렬하여 실린더 블록에 위치시킵니다. 4) 헤드를 블록에 위치시키고 새 볼트를 손으로 팽팽하게 조입니다. 5) 올바른 순서로 헤드볼트를 토크합니다: 37 ft. lbs. (50 Nm) → 45 ft. lbs. (60 Nm) → 52 ft. lbs. (70 Nm) → 59 ft. lbs. (80 Nm) 6) 각 볼트를 순서대로 한 번에 2-3회전 풀고, 11-18 ft. lbs. (15-25 Nm)로 토크합니다. 7) 각 볼트를 순서대로 추가로 90도 회전합니다.

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option
