1997 포드 익스페디션 4WD 프론트 좌측 타이어에 심한 흔들림 발생. 상/하 볼조인트 불량 의심.
처리 내용
볼조인트만이 원인이라고 가정하기 안전하지 않습니다. 타이어 흔들림의 원인은 세 가지 주요 부위에서 발생할 수 있습니다 (럭너트 조임이 정상이라고 가정). 휠 베어링, 상/하 볼조인트, 또는 컨트롤암 베이스의 부시가 원인일 수 있습니다. 타이 로드 엔드나 스티어링 랙 문제도 가능합니다. 여러 부위가 동시에 불량일 수도 있습니다. 정확한 진단을 위해 흔들림이 어디서 발생하는지 확인해야 합니다. 프론트 엔드를 들어올렸을 때 타이어를 흔들어서 움직임이 느껴지면 스프링 압력이 볼조인트를 고정하고 있으므로 볼조인트가 원인일 가능성은 낮습니다. 각 부위별로 다른 검사 방법이 필요합니다: 휠 베어링 확인: 차량을 들어올려 타이어를 흔들어봅니다. 움직임이 감지되면 휠 베어링을 점검해야 합니다. 컨트롤암 부시, 타이 로드 엔드, 볼조인트도 동일한 방식으로 개별 점검합니다. 흔들림의 정확한 위치를 파악하는 것이 올바른 진단의 핵심입니다.
