2017 스바루 아웃백이 후방 추돌 사고를 당함. 독립적인 2개 차체수리점에서 손상 진단: 후방 차체패널 교체 필요, 후방 플로어 찌그러짐 교체 필요, 우측 브래킷, 에너지 어브소버(충격흡수부), 임팩트바 교체 필요, 리프트게이트 수리 필요. 수리점들은 외관상 손상이 주이며 기능적 손상은 없다고 판단. 실제 수리 시 추가 손상 발견 가능성 언급.
