This one since 2018, bought a 62k, one owner car.Typical Scooby fuel consumption (mid twenties generally) but I don't do a lot of mileage so still manageable. Great to drive even on the (to the best of my knowledge) original suspension. Swapped the original 15" rims and 70 profile tyres for a set 16" classic Impreza alloys (gold of course ) with 55 profiles to both drop the overall ride height and improve the acceleration a tad.Only thing letting it down is the bane of all 90s Scoobies - crusty rear arches (which doubtless means the turrets are on there way out). On the list of things to get done.Brilliant load lugger too.. Always impressed by what I can carry in a relatively small estate.Can't see me getting rid anytime soon - no idea what I'd replace it with TBHDitto! We love old bangers in my household!... And cars too.A 96 2.5l legacy, bought unseen on eBay with one badly taken picture in a garage 10 years ago for £640, a 'dead mans' car on 42k with full annual supplying dealer history....it had had 4 cambelts by the time I bought it.Currently on 130k and used as daily transport for my Mrs, kids and as the main family car, full leather and everything works faultlessly, never failed us in any way. Pictured in France on holiday.The old boy must of used a brillo to wash it, I machine polished it for two days after purchase and wrote off the paintwork, not washed it since.My winter daily...another one previous owner dead man's car, 1995 Citroen ZX 1.9TD with some pump mods, some E marked gravel tyres and wheels worth multiples of the car. 110k, more knackered paintwork, everything works and it doesn't leak.
