증상
기어를 3단에서 4단으로 변속할 때 엔진 RPM이 3000에서 2000으로 떨어지는 현상. 가파른 내리막에서 휠의 회전 속도는 같은데 왜 RPM이 감소하는지 의문.
처리 내용
3단에서 4단으로 변속하면 엔진과 휠 사이의 기어비가 변경되므로 같은 휠 회전 속도에서도 엔진 RPM이 달라집니다. 4단은 3단보다 기어비가 높아서(오버드라이브) 같은 휠 각속도에 대해 더 낮은 엔진 RPM을 유지하게 됩니다.

2000 911 996 클램셸 모터 설치 중 모터 샤프트가 트랜스미션 케이블과 정렬되지 않음. 저항을 6.2로 설정했으나 클램셸을 서비스 위치(최대 후진)에 놓았을 때도 정렬 문제 발생.
