증상
8세대 시빅 세단 1.8 6단 수동(유럽형), 80,000마일 주행. 저속 또는 정차 상태에서 1단, 2단 기어로 가속할 때 클러치 페달을 놓으면 2초간 심하게 진동하고 엔진 꺼짐 현상 발생 후 정상 주행. 1단과 2단 모두에서 발생. 주로 엔진이 냉각 상태일 때(날씨 상관없음) 및 언덕길 주행 시 빈번함. 클러치 드래깅이 아닌 기계적 문제로 추정됨. 작년 여름 스로틀과 EGR 청소 시도.
처리 내용
저단 기어에서의 진동/떨림은 릴리즈 베어링(throw-out bearing) 마모로 인한 경우가 있습니다. 마모된 릴리즈 베어링은 클러치 작동 시 진동을 유발하고 엔진 떨림으로 이어질 수 있습니다. 클러치 시스템 점검, 특히 릴리즈 베어링 상태 확인이 필요합니다.
