Wow, those e-tron GTs can be picked up cheap now, I just scanned the classifieds, always thought they were one of very few good looking EVs in a sea of EV blandness.

Friday set off from Bradford to Edinburgh to watch Bon Jovi.Made sure the night before I charged it fully.Set off and stopped about 3hrs in to the journey. Had 60miles plus left showingCharged for pretty much bang on 30 minutes.Set off again with about 200ish miles showing.Didn't charge in Edinburgh overnight as the hotel had no chargers.Not an issueSimply stopped about 1hr 45 into my return journey Same 30 minute stopArrived home with 50 miles showing.Put on charge at home, and I was good to go Sunday evening fully charged to travel to manchester to see prodigy.EVs may not be for everyone or every journey, but for someone like me doing about 18k miles a year the occasional 30 minute stop really isn't an issue.Would I like a longer range, obviously.It would occasionally mean one less stop, but for 95% of the time it really isn't an issue for me.
