증상
혼다 BF6 선외 모터가 여름마다 시작하기 어려움. 동절기 보관 전 연료를 배출하지만 여름 첫 시작 시 점화 곤란. 커버를 열고 스타터를 당길 수 있으며 샤프트에 17mm 너트가 있음. 전동 드릴로 시작하면 잘 작동하지만 높은 토크의 핸드헬드 배터리 드릴/드라이버가 필요함. 고토크 제품들은 모두 임팩트 드라이버인데 이것이 모터에 손상을 줄 수 있는지 궁금함.
처리 내용
임팩트 버전은 모터에 안 좋습니다. 17mm 너트를 계속 해머링하는 것과 같아서 필요 이상으로 과도한 토크를 가하게 됩니다. 이것만으로도 너트가 파손되거나 샤프트가 스트립되거나 파단될 수 있습니다. 전동 장치를 사용하여 모터를 시작하려면 두 가지 방법을 추천합니다: 유선 전동 드릴을 계속 사용하되, 집에 있을 때 모터를 시작하십시오. 모터가 시동되기 시작하면 전동 드릴 크랭킹을 멈추고 코드 풀(수동 스타터)을 사용하세요. 이렇게 하면 드릴의 과회전으로 인한 문제를 방지할 수 있습니다.
