Stage 5 you say? Too soon junior! Seriously though,it’s impossible to price. Unless you list each brand of component fitted,and have provenance,people will have no idea whether it s been built with properly sourced and proven components, or it s an EBay/Temu lashup.Pictures would be a good starting point.
