증상
ECU(PCM) Pin 42와 IMRC Terminal 1 사이의 회로에서 단락 의심. RPM 3,300 이상/이하에 따라 상태가 변경되어야 하지만 항상 같은 상태(항상 폐쇄)로 유지됨. 배선 하네스의 단락은 해결되었고 ECU 내부 단락만 남아있는 것으로 보임.
처리 내용
IMRC가 손상되었을 가능성이 높음. Pin 1과 Pin 42 사이의 전압은 IMRC에서 공급되고 PCM이 이 전압을 그라운드로 내려 IMRC를 켬. 정상 작동 시 IMRC 켜짐 상태에서 Pin 5 전압은 1V 이하로 떨어져야 함. 현재 Pin 1과 Pin 42 사이 전압이 항상 1V 이하인 경우는 두 가지 가능성 있음: ① PCM이 항상 핀을 그라운드로 내리고 있음 (이 경우 Pin 5도 항상 1V 이하) ② IMRC가 더 이상 전압 공급 불가 (PCM 명령과 무관하게 항상 1V 이하, Pin 5는 항상 높음). 먼저 IMRC Pin 2에 B+(배터리 양극) 전압이 있는지 확인. 없으면 이 부분부터 진단 필요. 다음으로 PCM에서 Pin 42를 분리한 후 엔진 시동해서 해당 핀의 전압 측정.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
