I don't know about that specific one in the photo but there are roundabouts I can think of where some of the entries are well sighted to the right but other entries aren't. So you can have cars entering a roundabout at 40 mph+ while other cars are trying to enter in front from a near blind entry from stand still. I can think of one particular small roundabout where this used to be a huge problem. You could enter the roundabout with nothing on it and still have someone steaming towards you having entered after you without even hovering over t
