증상
시동키를 삽입하고 시동 위치로 돌린 후 엔진이 시작되어도 스타터가 계속 크랭크됨. 점화를 끄고 키를 제거해도 스타터가 계속 크랭크됨. 솔레노이드, 점화 실린더, 스타터를 교체했음. 스타터가 계속 작동하도록 하는 원인이 무엇인지 확인 필요.
처리 내용
점화 실린더를 교체했다고 했을 때 실린더 뒤의 전기 스위치도 함께 교체했는지 확인 필요. 키를 돌려야 시작되므로 단순 단락은 아님. 스타터가 계속 전원을 받고 있다면 퓨즈박스의 스타터 릴레이가 고착되었을 가능성이 높음. 먼저 퓨즈박스에서 같은 사양의 스타터 릴레이로 교체하여 확인. 이것으로 해결되지 않으면 점화 스위치(ignition switch)를 교체할 것. 점화 실린더 뒤의 전기 스위치를 교체하지 않았다면 해당 스위치도 불량일 가능성 있음.
