I did a trip round the alps over 10 days just me on my own with the car and it was a brilliant drivers trip. For those who don’t know, here’s some idea of the sound from a stock car. Goodness knows what Oa’s car sounds like! That sounded lovely. The S65 makes such a fabulous noise.

Hallo zusammen, bis vor ca. 2 Jahren gab es bei BMW doch immer die Möglichkeit, im sogenannten Vorvertragspool ein nach Wunsch konfiguriertes Auto einzustellen. Auf dieses Gesuch haben sich dann BMW Mitarbeiter/Werksangehörige gemeldet, die das Auto dann für einen bestellen wollten. Gibt es das nicht mehr? Die entsprechende Seite bei BMW existiert offenbar nicht mehr. Gruß marcelul

I started this thread really with a question about pros and cons of putting an AJP or something else in my scrap Cerbera and it has morphed into a project build thread over time. Brief history:I was thinking about buying myself a fun sports car, there's nothing new in the £50-80k range I would particularly be interested in. Had to feel special, had to be light, "analogue" and not overly-assisted. Had to be manual and i prefer a large capacity NA to forced induction.
