증상
2003 포드 포커스(약 200,000마일, 순정 알루미늄 휠)에 새 타이어 4개를 장착한 후 에어 누수 문제 발생. 장착 후 1주일 뒤 62마일 출근길에서 다른 타이어가 펑크되어 빠르게 공기가 빠짐. 주행 가능하지만 2회 이상 공기 주입 필요.
처리 내용
공기가 부족한 타이어로 주행하면 손상이 발생할 수 있고, 완전히 펑크된 타이어로 계속 주행하면 림이 타이어 고무를 손상시킬 수 있음. 초기 장착 업체의 작업 품질이 의심됨. 타이어 비드가 휠 림에 단단히 밀착되어야 하고, 범프나 변형이 없어야 함. 전체적으로 실런트를 사용하고 공기 압력을 확인하여 타이어가 제대로 장착되었는지 확인 필요. 신뢰할 수 있는 정비소에서 재작업을 요청하거나 다른 업체에서 타이어를 재장착할 것을 권장.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
