증상
신형 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 구매 후 배터리 충전 및 주행 모드 관련 문의. 일일 주행거리가 10마일 이하이며, 태양광 패널이 있는 주택에서 충전 가능한 상황. 현재 충전 완료 시 주행가능거리가 27마일(신규 시 34마일)로 감소한 상태.
처리 내용
하이브리드/GTE 모드에서는 배터리를 특정 수준 이상으로 유지하도록 설정 가능함(예: 하이브리드 모드는 약 3마일, GTE 모드는 50% 유지). EV 모드에서만 주행 시 배터리가 완전 방전됨. 배터리 상태 확인 방법: 최대 충전 후 모든 전장장비(에어컨, 난방, 라이트 등) 끔 → 1분 후 표시되는 주행가능거리 확인. 현재 27/34마일은 양호한 상태. 도시 주행 시에는 EV 모드 사용 권장.

배터리 전압 12.6V(키를 꽂지 않은 상태). 키를 꽂고 시동 위치로 돌리면 전자 부품들이 정상 작동하고 헤드라이트도 켜짐. 키를 돌리는 동안 윙윙거리는 소리/희미한 갈리는 음 발생. RPM 게이지가 간헐적으로 약 1,000까지 올라갔다가 0으로 떨어짐. 클릭음은 들리지 않음.

푸조 307 시동 불가. 점화 키를 ON 위치로 돌리면 모든 전기장치(라이트, 스테레오 등)가 정상 작동하지만, START 위치로 돌리면 아무 반응이 없고 배터리 또는 퓨즈박스 근처에서 지속적인 윙윙거리는 음성이 들림. 배터리는 12개월 된 신품이고 다른 전기장치는 모두 정상. 오전에는 시동이 잘 걸렸으나 몇 시간 후 시동 불가.
