증상
브레이크 페달을 밟으면 소음이 사라지고, 페달을 놓으면 소음이 다시 크게 들렸다가 서서히 사라집니다. 볼보 V50 2005년식 160,000km 2.0D 디젤입니다.
처리 내용
엔진이 켜져 있을 때 '딱딱' 거리는 소음이 난다면, 일반적으로 브레이크 패드나 슈가 마모되었거나 캘리퍼나 드럼에 오염물이 있어서 시스템 요소(패드, 스프링, 핀 등)가 제대로 재배치되지 않을 때 발생합니다. 브레이크 피스톤이 패드/슈에 힘을 가하지만 해제할 때 간격이 너무 크게 남아있을 수 있습니다. 약간 휜 디스크나 타원형 드럼도 진동을 유발할 수 있습니다. 소음의 원인은 보통 패드/슈가 피스톤이나 고정 핀에 부딪칠 때입니다. 페달을 밟으면 패드/슈가 디스크/드럼에 밀착되어 시스템 요소들이 팽팽해지면서 소음이 사라집니다. 페달에서 진동을 느낀다면(약간이라도) 디스크/드럼이 확실히 휜 상태입니다. 엔진이 꺼져 있을 때는 '쉬' 또는 '시스' 음이 날 수 있으며, 이는 부스터나 진공 호스 연결부의 공기 누수일 수 있습니다.

2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.

Lovely ready and I love your choice!! The E60 was one of the best M5s I ever had - On road and track Use it, and enjoy every moment of the magnificent engine!! I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.

I think it is a shame to lose one of the distinctive features of the 944 (the wrap around rear screen).Proportions from rear three-quarters are also a bit too Scimitar for my taste but each to their own.
