When I got home from work in the early evening, I discovered my rear windshield was completely shattered but it is still together. On my way home, I noticed that I could not see thru my rear windshield and didn't think of it much because we had some rain today and I live in a high humidity city. I turned my rear windshield defroster ON hoping it will clear it but it did not. I turned it OFF and thought to myself maybe the poor visibility was due to dirt accumulation on the windshield after the rain. Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on a specific shifting issue with my 2007 Toyota Auris 1.4 D4D (Manual). I cannot shift from 4th gear into 3rd gear while the car is moving. It feels like hitting a physical wall, no grinding or noise, just a total lockout. Upshifting is fine 2nd to 3rd gear works perfectly. Also others gears no problem at all. From 1st to 5th to reverse.
