증상
약 13개월 전 EGR 밸브, 튜브 교체 및 인테이크 청소로 저유량 문제를 해결했으나, 현재 다시 불충분한 유량 경고(P0401 코드)와 함께 체크 엔진 라이트 점등. 90도 근처의 고온에서 급가속 후 라이트 점등됨. EGR 시스템 내 카본 축적 재발생 의심.
처리 내용
V6 Accord인 경우 카본 축적 재발생 가능성이 높음. Honda에서 98-01 Accord 및 99-02 Odyssey에 대한 기술 공지사항 발행. 철저한 청소가 필요: 필요 공구: 와이어 브러시, 카브클리너 또는 브레이크클리너, 숍 진공청소기, EGR 개스킷($1-2), EGR 챔버 개스킷($32, Honda 정품) 작업 순서: 1. 연료 레일을 인젝터와 함께 제거 (천천히, 부드럽게) 2. EGR 밸브 분리 3. 인테이크 매니폴드에 볼트된 연료 아래 EGR 챔버 분리 4. EGR 챔버를 클리너에 담가 와이어 브러시로 강하게 세척 (카본이 단단하게 굳어있음) 5. 숍 진공청소기로 카본 제거하며 세척 진행 6. 교체용 개스킷 사용하여 재조립
