증상
2011 마즈다 6 3.7L V6 푸시 스타트 차량이 특히 밤새 또는 몇 시간 방치 후 첫 시동이 항상 잘 되지 않음. 차량은 그 외에 완벽하게 작동함. 점화 버튼을 누르면 크랭킹이 없고 내비게이션이 꺼짐. 브레이크를 계속 밟고 있으면 몇 초 지연 후 크랭킹이 시작되기도 함. 때로는 크랭킹이 전혀 안 될 수도 있음. 차량을 몰다가 시동을 끄고 다시 켜면 정상 크랭킹됨. 아침에 배터리 전압이 11.8V로 측정됨.
처리 내용
엔진룸 퓨즈박스의 과도한 부식으로 인한 결함이 원인. 스타터 릴레이는 정상 작동하지만 스타터로의 신호가 없는 상태였음. 엔진룸 퓨즈박스를 교체하여 해결. 최종적으로는 스타터 릴레이에 연결된 와이어와 섀시 간의 접지 연결 불량이 근본 원인이었으며, 섀시에 추가 접지 와이어를 수동으로 연결하여 문제 해결됨.
