증상
2015 F10 M5 (콜드에어인테이크, 애프터마켓 머플러 장착)의 LTFT와 STFT 값이 비정상. 양쪽 뱅크 간 연료 트림 편차가 7-10% 이상으로 나타남.
처리 내용
MAF 센서 문제로 추정됨. 애프터마켓 인테이크의 MAF 센서 하우징이 OEM 하우징과 다른 직경을 가지고 있을 가능성 높음. OEM MAF 센서는 특정 튜브 직경의 체적 유량(Q = 유속 x 단면적)을 기준으로 프로그래밍되어 있으므로, 새 인테이크의 MAF 하우징 단면적이 더 작으면 동일한 공기량에 대해 더 높은 유속을 감지하게 됨. 이로 인해 ECU가 연료를 과다 분사하게 됨. MSR에서 해당 인테이크용 MAF 센서를 별도로 판매하는지 확인하거나, 애프터마켓 MAF 센서를 구입하여 새 인테이크에 맞게 튠 받을 것을 권장.

I did the backbox delete on my M5 and the noise was heavenly. The only downside was you lost the intake noise as the exhaust was that much louder. I've heard a bunch of aftermarket exhausts and for me, the delete is the best sounding and also the cheapest.

2000 Buick Century 3.1L에서 코드 140 발생. 최근 배기계통 교체 후 코드 발생. 이전 센서는 센서 히터 회로 문제로 코드 발생함. Bank 1 Sensor 2 (O2 센서)의 입력 리드 간 저항을 측정하여 새 센서와 비교하려고 함. 센서 커넥터의 빨간 선이 끊어져 있었고 연결함. 코드 클리어 후 약 20분 후 코드 140이 다시 발생함.
