2000 Honda Civic iSR 1.6L(D16Y8 엔진) - 유럽형 OBD2 미장착 모델. 아침과 저녁에는 시동 잘 걸리나 낮시간 햇빛에 오래 방치 후 시동 불가(크랭킹은 됨). 운행 후 즉시 재시동은 정상. 그늘진 곳에 주차 시 문제 없음.
처리 내용
결함 있는 순정품 아닌 키패드 이뮬레이터와 PGM-FI 연료펌프 릴레이 기판의 납땜 크랙 조합 문제였음. 릴레이 케이싱을 두드리면 엔진이 꺼지는 증상으로 진단 후 확대경으로 검사하여 납땜 크랙 발견. 릴레이 납땜 접점 재작업으로 완전 해결됨.
