증상
시트로엥 C2 VTS 1.6L 2007년식 - 주행 시간에 따라 시동이 걸리지 않음. 점화 키를 돌렸을 때 차량이 시동되지 않음. 때때로 작은 릴레이와 솔레노이드가 작동하는 소리가 들리기도 하고 아무 소리도 나지 않을 때도 있음. 때로는 작은 릴레이만 작동. 클러치로 시동을 걸고 10분 정도 주행 후 대시보드에 '전기 회로 고장(electric circuit fault)' 경고가 표시됨.
처리 내용
스타터 모터(Starter Motor) 재조정 필요. 자동차 전기 전문가가 스타터 모터를 분해하여 검사한 결과, 정류자(Commutator) 주변에 카본이 대량 축적되어 있었음. 스타터 모터의 브러시(Brushes)를 교체하고 카본을 제거한 후 재설치하면 시동이 정상적으로 걸림. 모든 경고음과 고장 코드가 사라짐.
