I'm sorry, but the lack of a rev counter on even the M350 model is beyond stupid Why is there no way to see what revs you're at? This seems like a cost cutting thing where the interior of the i3 is shared with the 3 series and they forgot to add a rev counterBut apart from that, I think the cars alright. It'll probably be the last non-PHEV/EV sporty 6cyl 3 series, so might as well enjoy it as long as we have it for.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option

Other than a slightly bulky rear end, I think that looks fantastic. 9/10. And it's a saloon, not another bloody SUV - hurrah!
