If people don’t buy it at that price they’ll lower it, but I’d they sell it at that price then it’s a fair market price. Housebuilders also sell the same house for different prices in different geographical areas. The raw materials don’t cost any more, other the land and petrol stations have to go on land too. If you want fixed pricing then that’s also known as socialism I believe.
