증상
E46 BMW 320d (2001년식)의 후륜 브레이크에서 이상음이 발생합니다. 후진 후 브레이크를 밟을 때 (항상은 아니지만 자주) 크게 딱딱거리는 소리가 나고, 무언가 움직이는 것 같은 음향 후 삐걱거리며 멈춥니다. 2주 전 후방 충돌 사고가 있었습니다(매우 약한 충격, 트레일러 훅에 걸려서 범퍼 손상 없음).
처리 내용
후진 시 브레이크를 밟으면 브레이크 패드가 정상(전진) 방향과 반대 방향으로 회전하는 디스크에 접촉하면서 위치가 이동할 때 나는 소리입니다. 캘리퍼 슬라이더와 핀 사이의 약간의 유격은 정상이며, 첫 번째 제동 시 역방향에서 딱딱거릴 수 있습니다. 대부분 후륜 브레이크 슬라이딩 메커니즘이 윤활 부족으로 인해 발생합니다. 일반적으로 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 약 6m 정도 후진하면서 몇 번 브레이크를 밟으면 첫 번째 제동에서만 음향이 들리고, 이후 제동에서는 조용해야 합니다(문제가 있는 경우는 제외). 안전을 위해 정비소에서 후륜 브레이크를 점검받으시기 바랍니다. 이 기회에 슬라이더와 핀에 윤활유를 칠하면 소음이 해결될 가능성이 높습니다.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
