처리 내용
400ci SBC 오버보어 시 주요 체크사항: 1) 과열 문제는 시암스 보어 때문이 아니라 쿨란트 패시지(스팀홀) 막힘에서 비롯됨 - 이 작은 홀들을 청소하여 쿨란트 흐름 개선. 2) .040" 이상 오버보어 시 실린더 벽 두께 확인 필수 - 최대 .060" 오버보어 가능하나 반드시 사전 소닉 테스트 시행. 벽 두께는 최소 .150" 이상 필요. 3) 워터 재킷까지 뚫릴 수 있으므로 주의. 4) 토크 플레이트를 모든 패스너와 함께 정확히 토크로 조여 호닝 작업 수행 필수.
