증상
Mk1 골프(1993년, 1.8L, 기계식 분사)가 중간 정도의 오르막길에서 갑자기 스터터링이 발생하고 가속이 손실됨. 다시 시동 걸었을 때 짧은 시간 운전 후 스터터링 및 시동 꺼짐 반복. 공기 흡입구와 부트에 누수 없음. 퓨즈 정상. 연료량 정상(약 1/2 탱크). 엔진 온도 정상. 연료펌프에서 뚜렷한 휘파람 소리 발생.
처리 내용
골프의 저압 연료펌프(연료탱크 내부)가 약해지거나 고장날 가능성 있음. 펌프가 과열되면 정상적인 연료 공급 불가능하여 엔진 파워 손실 및 스터터링 발생. 20분간 식힌 후 정상 작동한 점으로 보아 저압펌프 오버히팅이 원인일 수 있음. 진단 방법: 인젝터펌프 입력 연료라인에 연료 압력 게이지 연결하여 정상 작동 시와 스터터링 발생 시 압력값 비교 측정. 고장난 연료펌프는 정상→간헐적 작동→완전 고장으로 진행되므로 측정이 어려울 수 있음.

As title, I've recently acquired a Mk2 Golf GTI 16v project. Car is a Jade Green late model small bumper 16v. I haven't got the original engine but the project came with a choice of two. I've got a 9A 2.0 16v engine from a Corrado and an ABF 2.0 16v engine from a Mk3 Golf. I'm pretty certain I'm going with the ABF engine but that decision is a long way off. Before then the car will need inner and outer sills, floor pans, inner and outer wings, front and rear valances plus all the usual bodywork repairs. In the olden days this project would have been uneconomical but the values of these are onl
