증상
트랙 준비 완료 후 후미 부식 처리. 후미 빔은 오래된 금속이라 파손은 크게 우려하지 않지만 외관이 거칠음. 보디의 작은 표면 부식 패치가 더 문제. 약간이라도 갈색으로 보이는 부분을 모두 브러시로 닦고, 세척한 후 컨버터를 분사함. 그 위에 젠올라이트 클리어 러스트 쉴드 1캔을 전체에 도포함.
처리 내용
PH1 에어박스 장착 완료. 아마존 웨어하우스에서 구매한 'Autohaux' 90도 엘보우(두껍고 다층 구조의 우수한 제품). 쓰로틀 바디와 ECU 사이에 맞도록 일부를 잘라냄. 브리더 파이프용 분기구 필요. 나무 위에 커터를 놓고 소프트 해머로 타격하는 방식의 지시사항이 있었으나 엘보우에서는 어려워 대신 파일럿 홀을 드릴로 뚫고 너트와 볼트로 고정. 볼트를 조이니 커터가 호스에 깔끔하게 자리잡음. 클리오 흡기 호스처럼 보이기 시작함. Autohaux 파이프는 PH1 흡기보다 약 4cm 짧아서 에어박스가 라디에이터와 메인 냉각수 호스를 피할 수 있음. 에어박스가 배터리 및 써모스탯-헤더 탱크 파이프에 닿아 있어 더 짧게 할 수 없음. 스트랩/케이블 타이로 고정할 방법 찾는 중. 써모스탯 파이프에 닿아 있는 점이 100% 만족스럽지는 않지만 일단 장착 완료. 2마력 향상을 위해 그동안 한 일 중 가장 힘들었음.
