증상
Corsa E 2017 수동변속기 침수차량 복구 후 출발 시 또는 저단에서 급가속할 때 금속음 같은 긁히는/덜거덕거리는/진동하는 소음 발생. 실내에서 들리는 소음은 금속 물체가 차량 언더카버에 긁히는 것 같음. 소음은 1초 정도 지속되다가 주행 시작 후 소멸. 3단 이상에서는 특별히 발생하지 않음.
처리 내용
트랜스미션 마운트(변속기와 차량 프레임을 연결하는 언더사이드 마운트) 불량이 원인. 러버 패딩 균열/마모로 인해 마운트 유격이 과도하게 발생하여, 변속기 브래킷의 돌출부가 서브프레임 금속 브레이스에 접촉되면서 소음 유발. 트랜스미션 마운트 교체 후 급가속 테스트에서 소음 소멸 확인.
