Hallo zusammen, ich suche nach Erfahrungsaustausch zu einer etwas ungewöhnlichen Finanzierungskonstellation aus den letzten zwei Jahren. Kurz beschrieben: Ein Fahrzeug wurde über eine Finanzierung auf meinen Namen aufgenommen (in meinem Fall ein Audi). Von Anfang an war klar, dass das Auto nicht bei mir bleibt, sondern direkt an eine andere Person geht. Diese Person hat das Fahrzeug abgeholt und genutzt, ich selbst hatte nie Papiere, Schlüssel oder Haltereintrag. Das Fahrzeug wurde auf die andere Person zugelassen.
