증상
토요타 코롤라 에어컨을 켜는 순간 엔진이 꺼짐. 에어컨을 사용하지 않을 때는 엔진이 정상 작동하지만, 에어컨을 켜면 즉시 엔진이 시동 꺼짐
처리 내용
에어컨 컴프레서의 클러치 어셈블리를 확인하도록 함. 누군가가 에어컨을 켜면서 당신은 컴프레서를 관찰하면 됨. 컴프레서 클러치 허브가 회전을 시작하지 않고 즉시 고정되고 벨트가 고정된 풀리 주위를 돌면 AC 컴프레서가 고착된 것. AC 컴프레서 고착은 유지보수 부족과 잘못된 AC 시스템 사용의 조합으로 발생함. 클러치 장착형 AC 컴프레서 고착의 임시 해결 방법은 클러치 코일 커넥터를 분리하여 컴프레서가 더 이상 작동하지 않도록 하는 것. 풀리 베어링이 손상되지 않은 경우에만 해당함

2018 코롤라 XSE, 55,000마일. 최근 장거리 고속도로 주행 중 에어컨을 지속적으로 사용. 신호등에서 정차할 때 RPM이 정상보다 낮아지고 차량이 약간 떨림. RPM이 올라갈 때도 같은 현상 발생하며, RPM 내려갈 때 떨림이 더 심함. 에어컨을 켜지 않을 때도 동일하게 발생. 정비소에서는 AC 컴프레셔 교체를 1차 진단으로 제시함.
