변속기 오일 교환

2008 Audi A4 2.0T에서 전진 후 역주행 시 우측 핸들 절단 때만 발생. 차량이 골목에 들어가다가 좌회전으로 정렬 후 역주행으로 전환하여 우측으로 핸들 절단 시 채터링 발생. 휠에서 채터링이 느껴지고 음향도 함께 들림. 간헐적 증상으로 재현 불가능. 스티어링 랙은 손상, 누유, 헐거움 없음. 파워 스티어링 유체는 규정 광물유 기준으로 교체됨. 가끔 유체 손실 발생.

폴로 1.2TSI 2015년식 차량. 클러치가 고장나서 새 클러치를 교체 장착함. 시동 후 차량이 움직이지 않음. ABS/ESC(안정성 제어) 에러 메시지 표시. 모든 바퀴가 잠긴 것처럼 보임.

브레이크 패드 교환

3주 전 중고차를 구입했는데 처음엔 정상이었습니다. 얼마 후 뒷 테일라이트가 켜져있는 것을 발견했고 브레이크 전구(brake bulb)를 교체했습니다. 그 후 기어를 높은 단으로 변속할 때 브레이크 페달이 딱딱해지고 차가 감속되는 현상이 발생했습니다. 차를 끄고 브레이크에서 냄새를 맡았을 때 약간의 연기가 났습니다. 집에 몇 시간 주차한 후에는 괜찮았습니다. 정비사가 브레이크가 뜨거워지면 계속 눌린 상태가 된다고 말했습니다.

2016 미쓰비시 아웃랜더, 에어컨 냉각 불량으로 정비소 방문. 기술자가 에바포레이터 누수 확인하고 교체 실시. 에바포레이터 교체 후 에어컨 작동 시 처음에는 냉각이 잘되었으나 몇 분 후부터 에어컨 통풍구에서 쉬쉬하는 소리(히싱음) 발생. 이 소리는 간헐적으로 나타났다가 사라짐. 에어컨을 끄면 소리가 없어지고, 다시 켜면 히싱음이 재발생. 팬 모드에서는 소리가 없고 에어컨 모드에서만 히싱음이 간헐적으로 발생.

기어를 N(뉴트럴)에서 D(드라이브)로 변속할 때 차량 화면에 N과 D가 동시에 표시되고 차량이 움직이지 않음. 변속 시 기어가 완전히 결합되지 않는 상태.

고속도로 약 1마일 주행 후 엔진이 꺼짐. 오일 경고등은 점등되지 않았으나 오일 부족 상태였고 오일 교환이 수천 마일 연체된 상태. 정비소에서 크랭크축에 렌치를 걸었으나 회전하지 않아 엔진 고착 진단.

라디에이터에 실수로 10W30 엔진 오일 4쿼트를 넣음. 냉각 시스템 세척 방법 필요.

2001 Ford Focus: 고부하(창문 모터 작동)에서 유휴 상태일 때 RPM이 급격히 떨어지고 약 200ms 후 IAC가 작동하여 엔진 정지 방지. 2001 Saab과 비교하면 전압은 떨어지지만 RPM 변화 없음. 가솔린 페달로 유휴 RPM 보정 시도했으나 여전히 RPM 저하 발생. 배터리 교체 후에도 개선 없음.

배터리 방전으로 인해 스마트키(포브)를 사용할 수 없음

2012 스코다 옥타비아 1.4 TSI DSG7에서 느린 회전(예: 유턴) 중에 차가 엔진 꺼질 듯 떨린다. RPM은 낮지만 안정적이며, 엔진이 저RPM 상태로 들린다. 스티어링 휠에 미세한 진동이 있으며, 스로틀을 더 밟을수록 증상이 심해진다. 트랜스미션/클러치 문제인지, 프런트 스티어링/서스펜션 유닛 문제인지, 아니면 다른 원인인지 의문.

얼터네이터 교환

2001 Ford Focus가 유휴 상태에서 진동하며, 특히 부하 상태에서 심함. 엔진 회전수가 약 500rpm에서 1500rpm 사이를 2초간 반복하면서 '사냥하는' 듯한 패턴을 보임. 이 현상은 약 15~20초마다 발생. 조명이 켜져 있을 때 눈에 띄게 어두워짐. 전기 부하가 많을수록 더 뚜렷하지만, 조명이 꺼져 있어도 발생. 간헐적 현상이며 주행 중에는 나타나지 않음.

This was a completely unexpected purchase - but came across it when just having a browse at 0214 this morning because my sleep is crap currently due to the meds I’m on, and saw how close it was, and had to go and see it…Made contact; went down this afternoon, had a good look over it, took it for a spin with some fast driving and hard on the brakes etc, doing the usual due diligence and couldn’t fault it at all..
