1999 Toyota Avalon XLS (캘리포니아 모델)에서 약 105,000마일 주행 중 몇 개월간 유휴 속도에서 500-750 RPM 사이의 불규칙한 변동 증상(고양이 울음소리처럼) 발생. 코스팅이나 가속하지 않을 때 엔진 부하가 낮은 상태에서도 같은 증상 계속 발생. OBD2 코드 판독기에서 P0171(엔진 린 상태) 코드 반복 출현. MAF 센서 교체, O2 센서 전수 검사, 불량 점화 코일 교체 등을 단계적으로 실시함.

엔진 운전 중 라디에이터로 오일이 새는 현상. 오일 쿨러의 O-링을 교체하고 쿨러를 압력 테스트함.

골프카트의 6개 직렬 8V 배터리 중 한 개 배터리의 양극 단자가 녹아내림. 지난 2년간 4개 배터리 교체 필요

1999 닷지 카라반 6기통 3.3 FWD. 날씨가 따뜻할 때 브레이크가 경직되고 가속력이 떨어짐. 운전석 앞 휠이 화끈거리게 뜨거워지며 연기가 남. 쌀쌀한 날씨에는 정상 작동. 이미 교체한 부품: 브레이크 패드, 캘리퍼, 로터, 볼 조인트, 내측/외측 타이로드, 냉각팬 호스, 센더 유닛, 오일 교환, 타이어 교체. 운전석 프론트 캘리퍼가 고착되어 새 캘리퍼로 교체함에도 여전히 발생.

2001 쉐보레 몬테카를로. 6년간 방치 후 3년 사용 중. 온도 게이지 작동 안 함. GM 순정 센더 교체 후 몇 분만 작동 후 끊김. 센더 커넥터 전압 3.5V 정상, 커넥터 조작 시 5V로 상승 → 커넥터 불량 의심. 간헐적 크랜킹 불량(라이트, 연료펌프, 게이지는 정상이나 스타터 안 돌아감) - 후드 열 때만 복구됨.

2005 CRV 시동 불가. 연료 송출 유닛 교체 후 연료 펌프 조립품 재설치. 수동으로 12V 인가했을 때 휘발유는 나오지만 압력이 매우 낮음. 필요한 50-60psi에 미달.

플랫베드 견인 시 전륜구동 차량을 케이블로 끌어올리고 내릴 때, 트랜스미션이 중립(N)에 있고 주차 브레이크가 걸린 상태에서 강제로 끌릴 때 트랜스미션에 스트레스가 발생하는지 여부. 첫 번째 경우(중립, 주차 브레이크 해제)처럼 손상을 입히는지 확인 필요.

엔진과 변속기는 정상 작동. 신호등에서 오일 게이지 급강하. 3쿼트 추가. 40마일 후 배기 시스템에서 오일과 냉각수 혼합물의 연기 발생. 리저버 캡을 넘어 심하게 누출되는 상태. 40마일에 3쿼트 모두 소비됨. 엔진은 계속 정상 작동. 트레일러 탑승을 위해 추가 오일 보충.
