Having the roof down is on of life’s great tonics, adding a sensory element that no tin top can compete with. I think it was Clarkson who said that any car with its roof off becomes instantly miles better (probably on one of their specials) and he is spot on. I’ll take literally anything, however, if I’m allowed to be picky as I’ve got older I’ve erred on the side of comfort over out and out performance.

냉각수 교환

트럭이 오일 교환을 위해 입고되었고 오버플로우 탱크의 냉각수가 부족한 것을 발견했습니다. 냉각수를 채우고 오일 교환을 완료한 후, 직원이 주차하려고 할 때 오버플로우 저수지의 오버플로우 드레인 호스에서 냉각수가 새고 있는 것을 발견했습니다.

에코(Echo) TC-2100 경운기가 시동이 잘 안 걸림. 처음에는 시동이 전혀 안 걸렸음. 스파크플러그 확인 결과 불꽃이 약하고, 플러그 도자기 부분이 금이 가서 점화가 누전되고 있었음(두꺼운 가죽 장갑을 끼고 만져도 느껴질 정도). 플러그를 교체했으나 불꽃이 여전히 약한 상태(다른 소형 엔진과 비교해도)이지만 시동은 걸림.

자동차 배터리를 방전시키지 않으면서 조명 등을 위해 400W, 12V 전원공급장치를 차량에 설치하려고 합니다. 로터리 스위치를 사용하여 배터리를 분리하고 메인→12V 전원공급장치를 빠르게 연결할 계획입니다. 전원 전환 중 시계와 스테레오 설정을 유지하기 위해 병렬로 연결된 4개의 1mF 커패시터(50V 정격)를 사용하려고 합니다.

2009 Accord 세단에 사운드 시스템이 설치되어 있고, 3개의 배터리를 충전하기 위해 알터네이터가 몇 암페어여야 하는지 확인 필요. 현재 순정 알터네이터는 130A 출력.

1996 시보레 서버번 1500 4WD 5.7리터 보르텍 - 키를 돌려도 시동이 안 걸림. 전혀 반응이 없는 것처럼 보임. 하지만 테스트 라이트로 스타터에 확인하면 전원이 있음. 크랭크 퓨즈에 테스트 라이트를 대고 시동을 걸면 정상 작동하고 시동이 걸린 후 꺼도 같은 증상 반복

에어컨 가스 충전

2006 지프 리버티 에어컨 클러치가 작동하지 않음. 전기적으로 모든 것을 테스트했고 전원이 있으며 시스템에 냉매가 가득 찼지만 클러치가 인입되지 않음. 저압 스위치를 점퍼했지만 여전히 에어컨이 작동하지 않음.

98 Dodge Dakota 2WD의 제동력이 약함. 프론트 휠에 브레이크 더스트가 많이 묻어있어서 리어 브레이크가 제대로 작동하지 않는다고 의심함.

오일 교환 후 브레이크 패드를 교체하던 중 브레이크액이 리저버에서 흘러나왔다. 양은 상당했고 캡이 느슨했다. 브레이크 작업 후 리저버 액면을 확인했더니 최고 수위선에 있었다. 지면에 흘린 양이 리저버의 빈 공간보다 많아 보인다.

Shell Helix 10w40 반합성유(Semi-synthetic) 구매 확인 - 병에 '합성(Synthetic)' 표시되어 있지만 실제로는 반합성유인지 확인 필요. Shell 웹사이트에서 반합성유 항목 아래 나열되어 있으나 병 라벨에는 'Synthetic' 표기됨

270,000마일 주행 차량에서 6,000마일마다 정기적인 오일 교환을 계속 진행할 가치가 있는지 궁금함. 밸브 스템 씰이 금속이 아니기 때문에 먼저 고장날 것으로 예상되는데, 정기적인 오일 교환이 밸브 스템 씰을 보존하는 데 도움이 되는지 문의.
