1997 혼다 어코드에서 8시간 이상 방치된 후 콜드 스타트 시 오일 경고등이 한 번 더 깜박임. 수 시간 내 재시동 시에는 정상 작동. 딥스틱으로 오일 레벨 확인했을 때 정상 범위. 임시로 해결되었으나 반복 발생.

타이어 교환

2008 Subaru Outback 2.5i에 새로운 타이어가 필요합니다. 현재 타이어는 P225/55R17 95H이고, Yokohama Avid Ascend 타이어로 교체를 고려 중입니다. 이 타이어는 H-등급(130mph) 대신 T-등급(118mph)만 지원하므로, 타이어 딜러가 등급 저하를 우려하여 장착을 꺼립니다. 고속도로에서 최대 75mph 정도로만 운전하는데, T-등급 타이어로 다운그레이드해도 문제가 없을까요?

블레이저의 우측 뒷바퀴가 매우 뜨거워짐. 소음은 없음. 약 3마일 주행 후 브레이크 로터, 허브, 휠 외부가 뜨거워짐.

Interesting that it is on 18" wheels, where iirc road going versions are on something like 20"/21". Does anyone know the reason for this?

2008년식 Toyota Prius의 합성유 교환 주기에 대한 의문. 정비 설명서에는 합성유가 언급되지 않으며, 광유 기준 5,000마일 교환 주기만 나와있음. 합성유 사용 시 10,000마일 주기 권장 정보를 찾았으나 하이브리드/Prius 특화 정보 부족으로 확신 없음.

I was thinking about this the other day, as a work colleague was telling me about his friend who was transplanting a BMW M57 diesel engine (the 3 litre straight six diesel) and the ZF 8-speed auto into a classic Defender.  Now objectively this makes it a better car (faster, more efficient, more usable etc) and this is essentially what Ineos did to make the Grenadier but does it retain the character/feel of a classic Defender?  I would argue no.  If I were getting a classic Defender, I would probably seek out a Td5 as I thought it was the best engine they put in it from factory and maybe get a

I have to admit it does look good. However as it's an EV and so it's a big fat NO from me.

Tricky. I have two polar opposite cars, so to combine to one means compromising everything. How do you combine a fast, manual, 2 seater, petrol car with an economical, automatic, 4 door diesel?Errrm... a bmw m240i, probably.
