엔진 과열 증상은 없음. 엔진 오일과 냉각수는 충분한 상태. 오일 압력도 정상 범위. 대부분의 경우 1번 실린더에서 발생하는 문제

2008 Toyota Matrix 에어컨 응축수 드레인 호스가 증발기 하우징에 연결되는 피팅 부분이 파손됨. 여름철 텍사스에서 에어컨 운전 불가능. 하우징에 곡면이 많고 평탄한 공간 부족. 승객석을 제거해야 접근 가능.

스즈키 스위프트 디젤에서 아침 첫 시동 시 오일 압력 경고등이 엔진 시동 후 4-5초간 켜져 있음. 엔진이 뜨거울 때 재시동하면 경고등이 바로 꺼짐.

스타터 모터 교환

1996 Honda Accord, 170K마일. 약 1년 전에 스타터, 디스트리뷰터, 플러그, 배터리 교체함. 몇 개월 전부터 차를 데운 후 시동 문제 발생. 아침 첫 시동은 완벽함. 15-20분 주행 후 주차했다가 10분 후 다시 시동 걸 때, 대시 조명은 정상, 연료펌프 작동음 들림. 키를 돌리면 스타터 솔레노이드에서 딱 한 번의 클릭음만 들림. 키를 다시 1-2번 돌리면 시동이 걸림. 전기 단락 증상으로 보임.

I'm in for the engine all day long, but like others, I'm not all that keen on the colour or the wheels though. But it could be worse though, because it could be electric for me, and I definitely wouldn't want that at all. I was in London over the weekend, and I heard a V12 Rolls Royce start up, and it immediately put a smile on my face for sure. It was subdued of course, but life doesn't get much better than sitting behind a V12 engine in my view.

점화 플러그 교환

시동은 걸리는데 엔진이 시작되지 않음. 며칠 동안 운행하지 않았고 처음 발생. 오류 코드 없음. 배터리는 정상 (다른 배터리로도 확인). 점화 스위치를 ON(2단)으로 돌리면 연료펌프 작동음 들림. 스파크플러그는 정상. 약 3주 전 애프터마켓 라디오와 하드와이어식 대시캠 설치.

2003 포커스 TDCI 아침에 시동이 잘 안 걸림. 3°C 정도의 낮지 않은 기온에도 불구하고 6~7초간 시동키를 돌려야 시동이 걸림. 낮 시간에는 문제없이 잘 시동됨. 클러치를 밟고 기어를 올릴 때 엔진룸에서 윙윙거리는 소음 발생 (설명 미완)

브레이크 패드 교환

새 207('12) 1000마일 점검 후 브레이킹할 때 심한 갈리는 소음, 금속 마찰음 발생. 정비소에서 브레이크 패드에 박힌 돌이 로터에 립(홈)을 만들었다고 진단하고 로터를 스킴(연삭)처리함. 그러나 여전히 약한 갈리는 소음이 들림. 특히 브레이크를 약하게 밟을 때 소음 발생. 브레이킹 성능은 정상.
