I started a new job just over 2 months ago which requires 2-3 days a week in the office, I've ended up buying two different cars for the purpose of commuting and long story short both have been a disaster. In my naivety I assumed a fairly cheap, 100k French car would do the trick. Clearly not. So last week I began hunting for something comfortable, capable of good fuel economy, didn't have to be fast but interesting at least. It has been done but I'm a stickler for keeping things original and it isn't really a car for driving quickly in anyway, I don't think. Horses for courses and all that.I had a 205 for many years (my mum actually had 6 back to back when I was a child), sold it during one of the lockdowns, often think about it still. You can't beat that tin can lightness of older French cars. I've got a 20 year old 987 S for when something needs to be taken by the scruff on the neck. That's taxed all year round too so gets a bit more action than this one does.

Even in 2.0 guise, the 306 Cabriolet isn't something you'd describe as 'quick'. With a 1.8 and 112 bhp it's probably a little slow and not very Pistonheads. But I like it for that. It's a car that you take in the scenery with, can waft along with your thoughts. That is of course unless you have a two year old who is gently reminding you on a consistent basis that she 'don't want roof down', then you're maybe not so relaxed and feeling like a bad parent as her hair adopts the windswept look. After over 30 yrs of wanting a TVR I've finally got one. My prefered car is the Sagaris but unfortunately ill never afford one of those. So i went for a Chimaera. Mainly for the Rover V8. I think they're less problematic and cheaper to run than the speed 6. This car had a new clutch, engine overhaul and the all important body off chassis restoration. It has the blue mica chameleon paint which has about 4 different colours in the sun. Went along way to see it.It looked a bit untidy compared to the pics so a little disapointed. But i gave it a good look over. Checked chassis etc. Engine started

MOT centres pay £10,000s for the equipment and licence so it makes little sense to jeapordise this. Only if they have new equipment. There are plenty of old MOT centres about with old legacy testing equipment that isn't online so the DVSA know nothing about their emissions/brake testing. Providing that it's in continual use, hasn't had a gap of more than 3 months (change of ownership for example) then they can keep using the old kit.

혼다 전문가의 도움이 필요합니다. 가속이 거의 안 되고 매번 시동 시 크랭크 시간이 깁니다. 고압 펌프를 이미 교체했지만 변화가 없습니다. 저압을 게이지로 측정했는데 50~60PSI 사이를 읽습니다.
