최근에 타이어 때문에 저와 같은 차를 가진 차주들을 보게 되었습니다. 우연하게도 저를 포함 해서 넷 모두 연식과 옵션은 같고 타이어를 교체한 적이 없는데 먼저 산 저와 한분은 미쉐린 타이어 나중에 사신 분들은 한국 타이어더군요. 같은 현대차에 휠 크기도 똑같고 같은 옵션이었는데도 타이어가 다른데 이게 왜 차이가 있는걸까요?

상하이산 구 모델Y RWD 5699입니다. (제네시스 GV60도 운용중이니까 소위말하는 까/빠 한쪽편아닙니다...) 23년 출고해서 지금까지 여름, 겨울 공조기는 아무 문제없이 잘 타고다니다가 갑자기 몇일전에 a447 코드 뜨면서 에어컨 바람이 나왔다 안나왔다가하는 증상 발생했습니다. 계속 안나왔던건 아니고 그날만 딱 2번 에어컨 가동중 갑자기 미지근한 바람이 나오면서 자세히보니 미지근한 바람나올때 당연하지만 외부에서 컴프레셔 가동 소리 안들리는 상황입니다. 바로 정비예약하고 서비스센터 방문해서 점검하니까 컴프레셔 통신이상이라고 들었고 컴프레셔 앗세이 교체했고... 현기차에서 요즘 나오는 신형 냉매 R1234 때문에 부식 문제는 테슬라는 없다고합니다. 대부분 테슬라 공조기 관련 고장은 컴프레셔 고장/불량, 매니폴드고장, 냉매 누설(크랙)입니다. 요즘 흔히 말하는 현기차에서 나오는 신형 냉매 R1234가 공조기라인 부식을 시킨다거나 냉매자체가 고장을 유발하거나 그런건 아닌것 같습니다. 만약 보증끝나서 컴프레셔, 매니폴드, 공조라인, 냉매, 공임비 다합치면 약 400만원입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 21년식 모델Y는 매니폴드, 컴프레셔 이슈가 있긴 있었는데 그 이후 어떻게 됬는

아반테 hd 2010년식이고 173,300km 탓습니다. 엔진오일 교환하러 갔다가 기본 정비까지 부탁했는데 견적이 저렇게 나왔네요...;; 일단 엔진오일만 교체했고 공기필터 제외한 정비를 어떻게 할지 고민 중입니다. 와이프는 차를 바꾸자 하는데 제 생각엔, 차를 많이 안타기도 하고 얼마 전에 집 대출금 갚느라 돈이 바닥인데 굳이 무리해가며 차를 바꿔야 하나 싶습니다. 차량가액 200 도 안될텐데 저 금액의 수리비를 투자할 만한 차는 아니다, 라는 부분에서는 와이프와 생각이 일치했습니다...; 이젠 떠나보내 줘야할지, 무시하고 운행 정도의 견적인지.. 조언 부탁합니다..

어제부터 시동걸때 틱틱 거리면서 한 3초 정도 있다 걸려서 맛탱이가 간거 같은데 다들 그냥 인터넷에서 사서 셀프로 가시나요? 검색해보니 셀프 도구 반납 이런게 있더라고요 ㅎ 진짜 차알못인데 보험 서비스에 출장 배터리 충전이 있던데 이건 시동 안걸릴때 순간 충전만 해준다는 얘기인거죠? ㅎ

디젤차량 머플러쪽 행거만 진동 잡을 목적으로 교체 하시는 분들 계시나요? 쏘알 15년 넘었는데 부품값도 얼마 안하는데 직접 한번 교체 해보면 어떨까 싶은 생각이 들어서요. 진동 잡는데 아무런 효과가 없을까요?

확실히 아이오닉 5N은 물건인 듯 싶네요 개선 모델 혹은 차기형에서는 또 어떤 아이템을 들고 나올지 기대됩니다 ㅎㅋ 필요 없다더니… 포르쉐, 타이칸에 결국 가상 변속기 넣었다 포르쉐(Porsche)가 전기 스포츠 세단 타이칸에 가상 변속 시스템을 추가했다. 과거 "전기차에 인위적인 변속감은 필요 없다"는 입장을 유지했던 포르쉐가 입장을 바꿨다.

This question seems to provoke a lot of folks on the Ridgeline forum, where I originally asked. People either hate VCM or think it’s fine. I was considering a VCM stopper device. I see a lot of arguments that make sense on both sides of the discussion. My 23 Ridgeline RTL-E is smooth and if I didn’t know VCM was in there, I’d never notice. The reason I asked (am asking) is from the standpoint of longevity. I’ve heard multiple mechanics whom I respect say they don’t like it. In their opinion, it can lead to build up in cylinders and wear out rings, as well as premature wearing of engine mounts.

When shopping for new tires from tirerack.com , the production date of the tires is listed. I'm considering tires from a 2007 production run, which would make them around 5 years old today (after damaging a tire, I'm looking at buying a pair of the same tires to match whats already on the car). I change tires seasonally between high performance summer and studless snow/ice, so a given set of tires can last me quite a while. Returning to Upstate NY from a T’giving visit in Boston, my turbo bit the bullet on the Mass pike around Worcester. Just prior to losing it, I smelled what seemed like plastic burning, but thought it was coming from the old van in front of me. Next I started hearing a whirring sound and felt the loss in power. Auto stalls at lower speeds(10 to 30 mph) when accelerating from a stop. After slowing as when entering a parking lot or making a turn, and then attempting to accelerate it stalls temporarily, maybe half a minute or so then accelerates like mad. Danger of cars behind me expecting me to proceed and I am unable to do so. Have requested toyoto dealer to check and as this is infrequent he can not confirm or fix. Same problem has been fixed by Toyota on other 2018 Camry by recall. My car has not been recalled.

My car honda CR-V is in pretty desperate need of new tires. I've put away a small amount from my last few paycheques, but it's not a whole lot. I'm curious as to whether you would feel it's a better choice to purchase cheap winter tires (GT Radial, Falken Tire, Ironman, etc.) or a high-quality all season? I can sink a little more if it means not having to purchase again in 6 months. By the way,I don't drive outside of the city at all in the winter. I only drive to and from work on major roadways and a couple side streets to get out of my community. Thanks everyone! After reading these response

Working on an overheating issue on my 2008 Mustang GT. Car starts normally after sitting all night and fan starts up when I click on the AC. Let the car run (or drive it in traffic) and as soon as the needle gets to normal the fan shuts down. this of course causes the radiator to start heating up shutting down my AC before going in the RED. As mentioned in an unrelated thread, the clutch cylinder is leaking on my 2000 S10 4.3L. This is one of those things that can be managed by carrying a bottle of brake fluid and topping off when needed. I am debating about keeping this truck long term so wasn’t wanting to spend $1000 to have the entire clutch replaced. The transmission on the 2018 Toyota Camrys are the worst. Ever since I got my car it has had loss of power with acceleration it jerks randomly when driving and it’s very unpredictable. It makes me nervous every day I drive it & it gives me anxiety that at any second my transmission will just completely fail. I did research and soooo many people are having the same issue. This needs to be fixed.
