1989년 닛산 핀타라 2.4L 모델에서 트랜스미션 플루이드를 어디에 넣는지 찾을 수 없음. 차량이 기어 변속이 제대로 되지 않음.

아침 6시에 배터리가 완전히 방전됨. (밤새 눈이 내리고 기온이 3도였음) 3시간 후 시동이 걸렸고 20분간 공회전 후 3시간 뒤 다시 배터리 방전됨. 모든 전자장비가 꺼진 상태.

마스터 실린더(M/C) 블리딩 시 페달을 눌렀다 놨을 때 유체 흐름의 작동 원리 이해 부족. 페달을 누르면 피스톤이 우측으로 이동하여 흡입 포트를 차단하고, 휠 실린더 블리더를 열면 M/C 피스톤 캐비티(스프링이 있는 부분)가 압축되어 블리더를 통해 유체가 배출됨. 블리더를 닫고 페달을 놓으면 피스톤이 좌측으로 복귀하려 하는데, 피스톤 캐비티가 확장하려면 리저버에서 새로운 유체가 공급되어야 하는 메커니즘이 불명확함.

2002 Dodge Ram에서 새 타이어와 브레이크, 로터 교체 후 시속 70km 이상에서 진동 발생. 교체 전에는 진동이 없었음. U조인트는 정상.

얼터네이터 교환

2005 닛산 알티마 2.5L - 에어컨 켤 때 벨트 심하게 진동. 올터네이터 풀리 불량으로 판명. 6월 20일 오토존에서 새 올터네이터 구매했으나 7월 말 고장. 전기 배선 타는 냄새 나더니 다음날 정상. 오토존에서 검사 후 복구했으나 2일 후 아내가 운전 중 차량 정지. 내부 부품 일부 손상.

2008 Toyota Matrix 에어컨 응축수 드레인 호스가 증발기 하우징에 연결되는 피팅 부분이 파손됨. 여름철 텍사스에서 에어컨 운전 불가능. 하우징에 곡면이 많고 평탄한 공간 부족. 승객석을 제거해야 접근 가능.

스즈키 스위프트 디젤에서 아침 첫 시동 시 오일 압력 경고등이 엔진 시동 후 4-5초간 켜져 있음. 엔진이 뜨거울 때 재시동하면 경고등이 바로 꺼짐.
