MY WIFE'S 2018 CAMRY ROLLED AWAY DOWN OUR DRIVEWAY WHILE THE SHIFTER WAS IN PARK. IT'S GOT 33K MILES ON IT. ON THE WAY DOWN THE HILL, IT CLEARLY ENGAGED THE PARKING PIN BECAUSE IT DRUG THE FRONT WHEELS 10 OR SO FEET BEFORE HITTING MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE. I brought my car in for maintenance and while the vehicle was on the lift, the top mounting bracket of both front MacPherson struts failed and allowed the coil spring to decompress to the furthest extent allowed by the other suspension components. Both struts catastrophically failed within 10 minutes of each other, causing a loud violent bang, but not immediately when the tires were lifted off the pavement. Some petrol engines have siamesed bores which can cause overheating problems on land. The gen 1 cast iron small block 400 cid chevy motor is a well known example. Often engine rebuilders prefer making 383 cid with 350 non siamesed bore and 400 crank. Sure the 383 has a good reputation unlike the controversial 400. My question is would siamesed bores be good for marine where lots of cold water is available.

Driving down the interstate it started snowing and it was a wet snow so it was sticking to the front of the car. Warning light for the front collision light came on and said was disabled or something like that. It was also white outs during this snow storm so with that out not knowing if there's a car in front of me put not only my life but my husband's life in danger. Once we stopped for gas and cleared front of car off it was fine. We've owned this car since 2018 and this is the 1st snowstorm we've encountered this.

1. ON ENTERING FREEWAY, CAR DID NOT RESPOND TO ACCELERATOR, & SEEMED TO LOSE POWER MOMENTARILY. THEN SEEMED TO ENGAGE, ACCELERATING. 2. AS I WAS STARTING OUT MY DRIVEWAY THE STEERING SUDDENLY GOT VERY STIFF AND WHEN IT WOULD TURN IT WOULD NOT RETURN TO CENTER, SO I HAD TO DO THAT MYSELF. IT ONLY DID IT ONCE SO I CONTINUED TO MY DESTINATION, BUT WHEN I STARTED HOME IT BECAME MORE AND MORE STIFF AND WAS MAKING A GROWLING NOISE. 문콕 스트레스가 심해서 이번 신차에 4ch 블박을 달지 그냥 2ch 달고 가드를 달지 고민을 많이하고 있습니다 근데 4ch 달면 상시전원을 써야 의미가 있는데 이게 의견이 분분합니다. 전기차도 어차피 12v 배터리에 블박이 연결되는데 배터리 세이버 기능이 있어 떨어지면 알아서 충전한다. 하지만 이것도 위험하고 배터리 수명을 갉아먹는다는 이야기도 있고 그렇다고 보조배터리를 달자니 그럴 필요없고 전기차는 그냥 세이버 기능 믿고 써도 된다는 경험담을 말씀하시는 분도 있고 보조배터리 여름에 위험하다고 만류하는 분들이 많으시네요 정말 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠습니다. 평일엔 10~20분은 타고 주말엔 한두시간은 넘게 타는 편입니다.

This is in regard to a 1993 Dodge Shadow with a 2.5L engine and 3-speed automatic transmission. When the engine is running, the transmission fluid leaks between the engine and transmission. Is there a replaceable seal, or does the torque converter itself need to be replaced? Once the motor and transmission are pulled, is it very difficult to remove and reinstall a torque converter onto a transmission? E.g. alignment.

If you’ve been here long enough, you know I like to take things apart to see why they failed. Sometimes, I fix them and have a spare. Other times they are shot but nice to learn how they work and what went wrong. The old winter car 98 Lesabre has been acting up recently. Monday when a few miles from home it started going between gears upshifting and downshifting and giving a decent clunk when starting from a dead stop, Checked the Trany fluid level and it was not low, A bit over full. I have a 97 Toyota Camry LE 3.0 with 160k miles that has had intermittent starting problems for over a year now. Sometimes the car will start first try no problem and other times I can try it 10 times and it will just crank although it will eventually start. The Shifting solenoid malfunctioned, burned up transmission and created a hazard on the roadway in high traffic areas. Vehicle stalled creating a backup in traffic and myself almost got rear ended. The Red McCombs Toyota did confirm it was a solenoid malfunction through a phone call and video. They concluded that the car is not operable. The problem has been inspected and was advised to pay a hefty fee of nearly $10,000. Prior to the failure no lights or warnings were provided by the car’s electrical system not until I parked and restarted the car that the lamps turned on after the failure.

Panoramic sunroof issues. Sunroof is stuck in the open position. Motor clicks continuously but does not close. Toyota dealership only able to close top portion of sunroof and had to disconnect the motor. Sunroof not used often so this should not have happened, and vehicle is not that old. The cost to repair is outrageous.

My 07 Impala stopped blowing air so I got a new blower motor. I take the old one out, connect the plug to the new one and nothing. I took a multi meter and connected it’s leads to the plug that goes to the blower motor to see if it’s getting power. As I turned the fan up and down, the meter also went up and down. I’m assuming it’s getting power. Since the meter went up and down along with the fan speed dial, I’m assuming the resistor is working. Brake malfunction on my 2018 Toyota Camry and steering wheel malfunctioned causing my vehicles to spend on the freeway hitting a barrel and landing the car into a ditch. The car is not available for inspection it’s still at the tow yard. The safety was at risk for me as the driver was tremendously overwhelming and fearful.
