증상
2005 CRV 시동 불가. 연료 송출 유닛 교체 후 연료 펌프 조립품 재설치. 수동으로 12V 인가했을 때 휘발유는 나오지만 압력이 매우 낮음. 필요한 50-60psi에 미달.
처리 내용
가솔린 엔진 차량에는 부스터 펌프가 없음. 12V 인가 방식 확인 필요 - 보조 배터리를 연료 탱크로 직접 배선했다면 50psi 이상이 나와야 함. 펌프 모터 극성(+/-) 확인 필요. 직접 12V 인가 후에도 50psi 미만이면 연료 필터 심각한 막힘 의심. 탱크 내 연료 분배 모듈의 인테이크 스트레이너(sock)가 흙/슬러지로 완전히 막혔을 가능성 있음. 엔진룸 배선 하네스를 통해 12V 인가했다면 PWM(펄스폭변조) 장치를 거치고 있을 가능성 높음. PWM 장치는 연료 펌프 전력을 조절하여 연료 레일의 정확한 압력을 유지함. 이것이 현재 상황일 가능성이 높음.

With the untimely demise of my Honda CRV (rip), I needed a new daily. The Honda's been brilliant for the 3 years I'd owned it - long and short journeys, tip runs, shoot truck... It hadn't put a foot wrong and I still think they're cracking motors. Sadly, corrosion had taken its toll to the inner arches, resulting in an MOT failure, and a potential bill that was uneconomical. This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option
