biggbn said: Bobberoo said: Eyersey1234 said: How's Ivor?Hi Eyersey, Ivor's still going strong thanks, been meaning to update this for a while so thanks for the prompt!!So let's tell you where we are then.....He's now on nearly 75,500 miles and continues to perform nearly faultlessly...........I mean come on he's a Mini so something must be wrong...........right?!?Not really no, since moving in April much closer to work I've returned to cycling to and from work unless it's raining so he spends most of the week idly sat in the shade of the car park where we now live, I always take him out on the weekend though, sometimes just to go shopping and for lunch sometimes for a bit of a run.He went on a bit of an adventure a couple of weeks ago when we joined in on my local car clubs treasure hunt and BBQ, just under 40 miles around scenic Hampshire hitting various points and gathering clues and answers, he had some good company!!Yesterday saw me finally dragging my two best friends to Thruxton for the BTCC, again some interesting company for him, left to right my friends 330bhp track focused Subaru Legacy wagon 8m 27s around the Nurbergring and 2.8i Capri which is now running a 2.9 24V Cosworth Scorpio engine and of course Ivor!!!The only thing of note is that one of his key fobs appears to be failing, I think the rechargeable battery is giving up so time to get that sorted, but otherwise he's still great fun to drive!!!Hey Bober, great to hear from you and that you are still enjoying the little rascal!!
