증상
96년식 포드 E350 클럽 왜건. 브레이크 페달을 밟으면 브레이크는 잘 작동하지만 페달이 완전히 돌아오지 않음. 브레이크를 블리딩하고, 전체 유체를 교환하고, 고무 브레이크 라인을 확인하고, 브레이크 부스터를 교체하고, 부스터 암 길이를 조정했어도 변화 없음. 페달에 리턴 스프링이 없고 장착할 곳도 없음. 마스터 실린더를 제거했을 때 완전히 뒤로 확장됨.
처리 내용
브레이크가 계속 작동하므로 부스터가 원치 않게 어시스트하고 있을 수 있습니다. 확인하려면 부스터로 가는 진공 파이프를 분리하고 페달이 올라오는지 확인해보세요. 파이프 끝을 덮어서 공기가 빨려 들어가지 않도록 하세요. 부스터가 원인인지 확인하는 다른 방법은 엔진을 끈 후 잠시 기다렸을 때 페달이 정상 위치로 돌아오는지 확인하는 것입니다.
