증상
2005 혼다 오디세이, 주행거리 201,000마일. 시속 60마일 이상에서 전륜에서 심한 진동 발생. 가속할 때 더 심해지며, 액셀을 놓으면 즉시 부드러워짐. 5,000마일 전에 새 타이어 장착. 타이어 센터에서 재밸런싱 및 서스펜션, 엔진마운트 점검 완료(이상 없음).
처리 내용
토크 컨버터 고장 가능성. 액셀을 놓을 때 진동이 사라지는 것은 스로틀 의존적 현상이므로 타이어/서스펜션 문제가 아님. 2007-2009 오디세이의 경우 유사한 문제로 기술서비스게시판(TSB)이 발행되었으며, Honda는 소프트웨어 업데이트를 권장함. 2005 모델도 동일한 토크 컨버터 문제일 가능성 높음. 토크 컨버터가 잠금 모드(lock-up)에 진입하지 못할 때(고속 주행 시에만 발생) 진동이 발생할 수 있음. 혼다 딜러에 점검 의뢰 권장.
