고속도로에서 브레이크를 밟을 때만 진동이 발생합니다.
처리 내용
로터(디스크) 문제일 가능성이 높습니다. 휘어진 로터이거나 로터 표면에 브레이크 패드 물질이 부착되어 있을 수 있습니다. 고속도로 주행 중 브레이킹 시 단시간에 많은 열이 발생합니다. 도시 주행에서는 열이 천천히 축적되지만, 고속도로 주행에서는 빠르게 축적되고 발산할 시간이 없습니다. 이 열로 인해 로터의 휨이 심해지거나 브레이크 물질이 더 끈기 있어집니다. 따라서 고속 브레이킹 시 더 느껴지고 저속 브레이킹에서는 덜 느껴집니다. 저속에서는 바퀴 회전 속도가 낮아서 로터의 손상 부분을 자주 또는 빠르게 통과하지 않아 진동을 인지하기 어렵습니다. 실제로는 여전히 존재하지만 고속에서보다 덜 두드러집니다.

2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.

I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.

I think it is a shame to lose one of the distinctive features of the 944 (the wrap around rear screen).Proportions from rear three-quarters are also a bit too Scimitar for my taste but each to their own.
