증상
Mk1 Golf/Rabbit에 lower strut brace(하부 스트럿 바)를 장착하려고 하는데, 컨트롤 암(A-암) 장착 볼트를 제거할 때 서스펜션이 떨어질지, 휠을 따로 지탱해야 하는지, 다시 볼트를 정렬하는 방법이 궁금함.
처리 내용
볼트 제거 시 서스펜션에 문제가 없습니다. 두 가지 이유가 있습니다. 첫째, A-암에는 뒤쪽에 두 번째 장착 포인트가 있습니다. 뒤쪽에 보면 몸체로 곧바로 올라가는 부시와 볼트가 있으며, 이것이 A-암을 고정하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 둘째, 제거할 볼트의 부시는 A-암 자체에 간섭 맞춤(interference fit)되어 있어 위치를 유지하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 뒤쪽 볼트를 건드리지 않으면 A-암은 특별한 지탱 없이 제자리에 있을 것입니다. 볼트를 제거해도 A-암은 대부분 움직이지 않습니다. 약간 움직인다면 드라이버나 얇은 지렛대를 사용하여 볼트를 삽입하는 반대쪽 끝에 끼워 A-암의 구멍을 장착 구멍과 정렬할 수 있습니다. 실제로는 움직일 가능성이 낮습니다. 타이어 근처의 스티어링 너클 옆 볼조인트 아래에 잭을 놓는 것도 좋은 방법입니다.
