BMW 휠의 타이어가 펑크났는데, 휠 볼트 너트를 찾을 수 없었고, 너무 팽팽하게 조여져 있어서 제거할 수 없음. 용접으로 볼트를 붙여서 너트를 풀려고 시도했지만 용접 부분이 부러짐. 여전히 펑크 타이어 상태.
처리 내용
휠을 제거하기 위해 어떤 방법을 써서든 정비소에 맡김. 럭 볼트(휠 너트)는 쉽게 구할 수 있고 가격도 비싸지 않음. 특수 키가 필요한 럭의 경우, 숙련된 정비사라면 키 없이도 제거 가능. 정비소에서 휠에 손상이 생길 수 있다고 할 수 있지만, 주의깊게 작업하면 림에는 큰 손상 없음. 에어 해머로 자주 제거하는데 보통 잘 작동하고 몇 분 정도 소요됨. 럭 헤드가 부러져서 스레드만 남아있는 경우, 휠 허브를 교체하는 것이 좋음. 가열 후 무리하게 조작하고 망치로 두들기면 조립 후 상태를 보장할 수 없으므로, 새 허브로 교체하는 것이 안전하고 최선의 방법.
