파워 스티어링이 작동하지 않을 때 핸들 조작이 매우 무거워집니다. 타이어의 방향을 제어할 수는 있지만 상당한 물리적 힘이 필요합니다. 차량 제어가 거의 불가능해지는 것은 아니지만 운전이 매우 어려워집니다.
파워 스티어링은 파워 스티어링 펌프에서 공급되는 유압으로 기계식 스티어링을 보조하도록 설계되었습니다. 파워 스티어링이 작동하지 않으면 핸들의 위치로 타이어 방향을 물리적으로 제어할 수 있지만 조작에 훨씬 더 큰 힘이 필요합니다. 파워 스티어링 부품이 고장나기 전에 수리하는 것이 좋습니다.
